Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with The PM Exam Simulator™  is our goal. If you are not satisfied for any reason then you can ask for a refund, as long as the following conditions apply - they are slightly different depending if you are preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® or Certified Associate in Project Manamangent (CAPM)® exam:

  • Your refund request is sent to us within 15 days after purchase
  • For PMP® Exam Simulator refund requests: You have started a maximum of 2 exams and 3 quizzes
  • For CAPM® Exam Simulator refund requests: You have started a maximum of 1 exam and 2 quizzes
  • For PMI-ACP® Exam Simulator refund requests: You have started a maximum of 1 exam and 2 quizzes

You will receive a full refund if you meet the above criteria.

How to ask for a Refund

Please tell us the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on your account. Our support team usually processes your refund request within one business day (Monday - Friday). Once the refund is processed by us, it may take up to 10 business days for the money to be returned to your account because banks are often slow in processing refunds. Please be patient.
